There are several ways to volunteer to help your Home Owners Association. Most of the volunteer opportunities require limited time involvement, but are important to the functioning of the HOA.

Get Involved
There are several ways to get involved in your HOA. Please volunteer this year to help your HOA run smoothly.
You can help by joining:

The Architectural Control Committee

Responsible for reviewing home architectural changes, landscape, and general appearance items.

The Nomination Committee

Active in July, August, and September. Responsible for overseeing new Board member nominations and elections.

The Welcoming Committee

Active when new neighbors move in. Responsible for delivery of new resident packets.

The Food Drive Committee

Active in November. Responsible for food collection & delivery to the Auburn Food Bank.

The Your Beautiful Home Committee 

The Your Beautiful Home Committee takes pictures to enhance our webpage.

Open Position Requirements

One (1) Individual to take photos of homes for use on the website in "Our Beautiful Homes" segment. This requires working with the Board of Directors relative to selection and permission to publish the pictures on the website. Pictures should be taken every two months and will also require coordination with the Web Master for inclusion on the website.

Three (3) Individuals to serve as the Nomination Committee. Requires developing election materials & disseminating these materials during the June thru August time frame. In addition perform the tallying of received votes and preparation of presentation materials for the Annual Meeting in September.

Four (4) Individuals to carry out all tasks for the Food Drive in November.

Additional Officer Positions 

One (1) Individual to serve as President.

One (1) Individual to serve as Vice President.
